Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: • A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee are required to secure your event date. • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellation Policy: • Deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit. • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling within a 90-day period, subject to availability. Rescheduling Policy: • One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 14 days prior to the original event date. • Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days prior may incur a $50 fee. Travel Policy: • Travel is included for events within a 20-mile radius of our base location. • Events beyond this radius are subject to a travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip). Event Logistics: • Setup and Teardown: We require 1 hour before and after the event for setup and cleanup. Please ensure access to the event location during these times. • Space Requirements: Our mobile drink trailer requires a flat and stable surface and a space of approximately 20x10 feet for setup. Guest Count and Service Time: • Final guest count and service time must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. • Additional service time or guests beyond the agreed-upon booking may result in additional charges. Weather Policy: • For outdoor events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather (e.g., storms, high winds) for safety reasons. • In case of inclement weather, clients will have the option to move the event indoors or reschedule. Payments: • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. • A receipt will be provided upon full payment. Liability: • Twinergy Premium Beverages is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by guests during the event.
