Overview

At Twinergy, we believe in more than just refreshing drinks — we believe in pouring into people. Our Youth Mentorship Program is designed to inspire, equip, and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders.

 

This free program offers high school students real-world exposure to business, branding, event planning, and leadership through hands-on experience within Twinergy’s operations.

 

 

Program Launch:

 

Summer 2025 (June – October)

Applications open June 1st for Youth Mentorship Program

​

 

Who Can Apply:

• Students ages 14–18

• Must be available at least 8–10 hours a week during the summer

• Passion for creativity, entrepreneurship, or community involvement

• Priority given to Cincinnati-area youth

​

 

What They’ll Learn:

​

• Foundations of Business & Entrepreneurship

• Building a brand from scratch

• Basic budgeting, pricing, and cost analysis

• Creating products that tell a story

​

 

Customer Service & Sales

• How to create memorable customer experiences

• Communication skills and professionalism

• Working pop-up events and taking real orders

 

 

Marketing & Content Creation

• Social media basics

• Behind-the-scenes of a product shoot

• Brainstorming seasonal flavor drops and event themes

 

 

Leadership & Teamwork

• Building confidence

• Problem-solving under pressure

• Leading with purpose and vision
